Just Another Day in Paradise
Here's a sample of what I see during my work-week. In walks a family of tweakers. The older two are not much older than me, and they're jerking around and talking so fast it's like listening to a sped-up recording. The younger two, both young adults, are some relatives of these older two, and they're toting along a baby which they're letting one of the older tweakers hold and entertain. Beautiful child surrounded by crazy fuckers. This is hard to see.

We also have the "All In The Family" people here as well. It IS hard to see. It's even harder for me to believe they can't access Birth Control if they can't access enough sense to use a condom. I can't imagine the "other end" is in much better shape than the one pictured.
ReplyDeleteIt's common here too and we're conveniently located along a major trafficking route which means us average, ordinary, every day people get stuck in road blocks almost daily while the traffickers just roll along.
Makes ya wonder what pockets your tax dollars are sitting in or who's sending them up in smoke. You become *very* careful about which, if any Law Enforcement agency you call if you can't remediate the "problem" yourself or with a little....help...from "friends."
